USPS Flagpole Repair 50′ Flagpole New Hardware and rope.
30′ flagpole replaced for this firehouse. They did not want to replace the foundation so we were able to cut their existing pole down, weld a plate to use for our new pole with a matching plate to bolt up to. Customer was very happy. This was an awesome project.

Existing 30′ steel flagpole removed and replaced with a new 30′ pole with a 6″ butt diameter , .156 wall thickness , satin finish and we also added a light. Our light sits above the ground so when it shows the fixture does not get covered up.
Existing steel tilt base flagpole was removed because the pole was rusted and the tilt base has not been used in years. The customer (NYPD) wanted the pole painted but we suggested replacing it with an aluminum pole which will save money on paint over the years.

Ground mounted flagpole . Our form is level with the ground so when the grass is cut you dont need to use and edger. Your can go over with the lawn mower since its even with the ground.
Flagpole installation on top of a gas station canopy. Steel mounted plate was welded to an existing Ibeam which is supporting the canopy. Our 20′ aluminum pole with a 5′ butt diameter was welded to a 12″x12″x1/2″ plate which bolted up to the plate welded to the steel ibeam.
Customer called us to replace their damaged light pole. Turn around for a replacement pole from the manufacturer is around 3 weeks. We were able to take the pole back to the shop weld a plate to it and re install. This saved the customer time and money.
Light pole foundation installed. New light fixture with an extra heavy duty foundation to support the banner pole we also installed on this pole.

Light pole that was hit by a car. The damage was close to the base plate so we were able to cut hat off and re weld it. Saving customer money on a new pole and saving time.
3 flagpoles installed next to each other. Concrete is level with the grade / grass so a lawn mover can go right over with out needing an edger.

Installed a new sleeve and got rid of the tilt base ssytem.
Covered up all the hardware with concrete.
Replaced their existing tilt base mechanism which failed but was welded to a large steel plate which we were able to weld a new sleeve to and re install the pole.
